Uses:

Clary Sage Hydrosol is an effective astringent and is slightly antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory as well. The Hydrosol may be useful in alleviating the “hormone-related cramps, mood regulations, bloating, water retention, besides several other similar symptoms associated with PMS. Clary Sage Hydrosol is also a wonderful calming agent. It works as a stimulant, cicatrizant, and decongestant.
