Garlic Oleoresin is obtained from steam distillation of the onion bulbs. The oleoresin is safe to use as it does not contain any chemicals or artificial coloring agents. The oleoresin resulting from steam distillation seems to appear orange red to yellow in its coloration.  The Garlic Oleoresin is conspicuous in appearance with prominently thin consistency and typically strong odor representing that of garlic.
